Someone has quite a bunch of West figures on eBay. I have no clue as to whether the price is in line or not. It comes to about $53 per figure.

Based on auctions that took place earlier this week, $53 is probably fair.

Hi,
I just recently disposed of my west collection to make room for some other stuff, earn some dollars to invest in other parts of the collection (have a few pieces left) and I can gurantee that is a good buy based on some of the prices I got. Now, there are not boxes, etc and they were displayed, (mine were mint in the box), but at $53 average each, that isn't bad as some of the mounted Indians average 115 each and I sold some at 150 each.

Just my 2 cents.

Hi General Lee (love the screen name).

Don't mean this to be argumentative, but as I indicated earlier, I am almost done disposing my west collection in order to focus on other lines and I never had them all. I am not saying I agree with the prices they are fetching, but it is a long retired set and is not the easiest to find. I personally have only seen it come up a few times on ebay prior to disposing my own. I was going to try and finish the line but when I saw the prices for the pieces that I needed when Matt from Hobby Bunker sold a few, I realized (at least to my own collection ), it was not worth it. Some of the mounted figures went for 200 plus each.

SO, point is that 2500 or 53 average per figure might not be that bad of a deal to someone who wants them all now. For me, the fact that no original boxes are available kills it. I not only am an original box collector, but I find that if you ever have to move or transport, they are invaluable.
