K&C UK CRIMEAN DECEMBER 08 Release (1 Viewer)

Which loosley translated, reads: I've decided to buy FJs, British Paras and Big Red 1, and will have completed sadi transaction by 0732hrs 6th Dec 08. ;)

Great looking sets Tony, the SL looks verrry nice.

D'oh!:.D*** your sniper like accuracy!!!!:D:D;)

Really excited about these Tony. I've pre-ordered the SL set from TF and now working on picking up a few additional figures from the existing range before December rolls around. Did you at some point mention doing a Christmas set of some sort for Crimea or am I just experiencing one of my periodic complex delusional episodes?

Seriously, I thought I caught a discussion on here to that effect a number of months ago.

Cheers,

Okay, thanks for clarifying that Tony. Keep the good stuff coming. Here's hoping for Sir Colin, a piper, and some Colours for that Thin Red Line in June. (I know, right, only 9 months from now )

Hello Tony, Any update on the above referenced film? Sounds like it will be a good one. Really enjoyed the Chicago films thus far so thanks for all the work you've put into those.

Now in addition to the TRL additions for next year (see my last post in this thread ), here is another request for this brilliant range:

Cheers, and keep up the good work....
Dave

Okay, Tony.

My eyes are peeled, and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished film. How many times can I say this range is absolutely brilliant before it becomes tiresome or annoying.

Sorry, can't help it....

Cheers,
Dave

Great way to start my morning! Thanks Tony for putting those films together, and they are very nicely done with the fog and noise of battle swirling in the background. Very much looking forward to picking up these latest releases and then will be most excited to see what's in store for us next. Hopefully Sir Colin, a piper, and some colour bearers to take their place in that Thin Red Line.

(I could go on and on you know.......:))

Thanks again and have a nice day.

And then the Russian Hussar officer stumbling, and then some Russian Cossack cavalry lurking behind the guns at the end of "The Charge", and some more Light Brigade troopers, and then on to Alma with the Fusilier Regiments of the Light Div. and the Guards Bde. storming the Great Redoubt with a bunch of more Russian infantry and so on, and so on, right?????

Thought I'd revive this slightly oldish thread to say how much I really enjoy the new SL Charge of the Light Bde. set. Looking forward to adding the other newly released items to my collection in the coming months now as well. :)

Another job well done, K&C UK!

Now remember Tony: Sir Colin, piper, Colours, stumbling Russian hussar officer............

I got my (SL) Crimean War set in the mail a few days ago too. :D

This range is in my collecting plans - but, have to fit a set or two in with the new release of NAPOLEONICS of course ! ;)

I wish those of you who have collected these guys would post some pictures - I would love to see them.

I'm waiting too for "The Rescue" set..and i agree on the Alma figures and Colin Campbell ...my next buy i think will be the "Pocket Hercules" Cpt. Morris , great soldier and great man..i 've read his biography by Trow and it's a pity he died in the Mutiny from disease..
