K&C UK New Exclusive Range – What will it be? (1 Viewer)

Considering all of the criticisms and demands heeped upon Andy by myself and certain of the others listed in your post, I am pretty sure that Andy would depict us with a figure of him kicking us in the butt!:D:rolleyes:

Is that before or after he runs the both of us over? :D

I'm pretty sure he wouldn't run us over . . . just give us a good swift kick and a stern reminder that "if you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all . . . :p

English civil war would be my choice.:D:D

May even consider swapping my Nap collection for a new model army:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Best wishes Mark

Hi guys

nothing signed and sealed yet.............and of course with all the talk of cutting back in buying etc........do we do it?

As you all know to do a special means the figures etc will have to be higher than any normal RRP so in the current climate is it a good commercial idea?

regards

Tony

Tony, I sincerely hope so! I've just dusted the empty shelf allloted to said range, whatever it is. ;)

Fools! The Harry figure has been done already and it is brilliant (see attached). :)

I guess you don't know everything after all Terry.

Interesting figure and very nicely done, but what is the significance of the left handiness? The pouchbelt is worn over the correct shoulder so the print hasn't been reversed but the sword and 'tache are being worn on the right hand side, something I thought was never done even if the person was left handed. Flashman is a fictional character who has been depicted many ways in many uniforms on the covers of the novels about him. Some of the novel covers have the sword on the right. I don't remember it being mentioned in any of the novels as to why, but perhaps it was explained in one of the books?

No, and I've read them all. Flashy always seems very regimental about his kit irrespective of what unit he is serving with. Can only assume it was an artist's aberration which has unfortunately been copied in this otherwise excellent figure. A great pity. Trooper
