:( Andy, why is the Armor seem to be getting Lighter in Weight? Looking and Comparing with your Orignal Armor, which was HEAVIER? The New ARMOR, such as : ELEPHANT, CRUSADER TANK, Panzer IV Tanks; has a Very Light Hull, and could be Broken More Readily when Handled? The Prices are going up, But the HEAVIERNESS Weight of the Vehicle's isn't their in the Product? We're paying MORE Money Now, then Earlier Times and should be looking forward for a Change in the Weight of the Vehicles! Also, some of the Figure's are SMALLER and others seem to be the Right Size's? Is their any Quality Control from the Chinese Factories?

Well at least your not asking for more Italian troops!
I guess it could be worse, you could now want heavier Italians!
Gary

I think K&C should change from Polystone to solid Osmium http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osmium for its vehicles. At 22.61g/cc we would really feel like we're getting our money's worth. A Tiger chassis (without turret) is roughly 20cm x 11cm x 6cm for a volume of 1320cc x 22.61g/cc = 29845.2g / 1000g/kg = 29.8452 kg (~66lbs).:D:D

Gamble,
They'de be really heavy and I'm sure you would be happy if they were carved from Italian Marble!

John! On the contrary I think the weight of K&C vehicles have become heavier. Examples include the 8th Army Ambulance, the Bedford lorry, The new King Tiger, the retired Chafee,on this one I grant You the tracks were to thin, the new SS Armored Car,the new Hanomag, just to name a few.

I agree the 8th army ambulance is heavy. I don't think the weight means anything (although I'd rather see the vehicles heavier than lighter) because the Whitman Tiger made back in '02 is very light and that was a great tank

I think the weight for the most part is appropriate at this time since we are seeing true 1:30 scale.....However I would not like to see vehicles become too flimsy as it would cheapen their appeal......IMO

We don't need flimsy vehicles
Andy , can you switch[ to 100% pure lead solid cast? It might be kind of a problem with kids around but John will be happy if he can get a 2 lb Italian Ducati motorcycle w/sidecar.............................

I don't think the weight should be an issue unless you wanted to lob it at someone, geeesh you guys almost something to moan about

:D:D The chaffe tank is some weight , feels twice as heavy as any of the other K&C tanks...good one to lob , if you want to lob at someone:D:D:D

What is the next step!
the figure is the ugly?
some make it out how heavy something is
but if it looks good.

This is probably one of the most subtle and sarcarstic quotes I have seen yet on this forum. I laughed a good belly laugh. Kudos to the scriptor. Good humor is a dying art.
