Today I present my Kampfgruppe Peiper, preparing for Wacht am Rhein, still no snow on the first days of December 1944

Last ones.
Vehicles: JJD
Figures: mostly King&Country, some TGM (tank figures) and Peiper (TCS)
background: Jakob (toy soldiers of Scandinavia)
mise-en-scene: Hadrian (Hadriansvilla)

You have the best of all worlds here. Good that you are able to mix and match to produce the best results. Some lovely stuff in this lot. Robin.

Thanks for your kind words!

Nice details. I wonder whether JJD will make a second Panther for Wacht am Rhein. If this were a permanent display, I would probably use foliage to cover unit emblem and red Balkenkreuz on the Goldup Panther.

Thanks for your comments. You are certainly right. I just made my set up within one hour, not perfectly styled…unfortunately not enough space in my room for permanent display. One more Panther for Wacht am Rhein I would love as well. :salute::

Just fantastic set up and photography! :salute:: Even Kevin (Panda1gen) would be impressed!

Many thanks Louis, I met Kevin long time ago at the London Toy Soldier Show, he is one of the reasons, why I started to make photos
of my collection. He always impressed me with his skills

Fantastic job and extremely well done!!!

Did you shoot the scene outdoors or did you use special lighting? The dio looks like it has natural lighting and is most impressive!!

Can you tell more how you did the lighting?

Mark

Kevin is a dear friend. My son and I got to visit him last August. His photography has always impressed me, as does yours.

Thank you very much Mark.
To be honest I place my settings just on a table on my balcony.
there is a Forrest beginning some meters behind my home, so I have a nice background and daylight as well.
