Don't think so Carlos. Looks like LAH 88, Rudolph Hess.
 
it is Hess. just someone using a different box to make it look different or special. Never had any LAH in those boxes. The joys from E-bay

This figure is of "Rudolf Hess". It is currently available at most all K&C dealers for
$32.00 retail. ^&cool
