Bren,
That may be a hard one. I have no idea of the numbers made but I suspect not that many. Some of the guys who follow Ebay closely may have an idea of their selling price there. However I have never noticed one on Ebay myself.

Very rarely on Ebay and if you do catch one, I think you'll be looking at the very least $300, probably $400.
Don't know how many were made, but do know that it took me the best part of 4 years before I finally got one.
Good hunting!

That's because you are a slacker- it took me one post on here and BANG- I was approached about that "RARE, Hard to Find" Figarti Gulf War sniper set wasnt I mate?? {sm4}{sm4} And then I think you accused me of hopping the line ??? lol

Stay tenacious- I very very rarely recomend people play the bloated price tags on some of the KC stuff but I think the SF03 is one of those sets that could be worth it. There are some collectors I know on here who have a few so maybe they will part ways. Stay tenacious- I have seen them on Fleabay and people are asking $500- $600 (some crazy prices) so expect to spend some coin but I think you will be happy if you really want it. I think like Simon says, $300- $400 is probably the norm.

Alright, back to my manatee security duties (thats for you Simon) {sm4}{sm4}

Very best regards
CC

A slacker? Yeah, fair one. Hopping the line? Too right! But I forgive you because Stan's the Man, with a double whammy goal / touchdown / home run etc!
As for the Humvee, mine has a virgin front bumber. How's yours doing? {sm2}

Preparing snorkel and flippers now. It won't be making another break for freedom for a whale.

Thanks for the encouragement guys ha ha ha , any collectors with multiples???
Pleaseeeeeeeee

You are 1 month late! I sold my only piece December 2, 2011 for $500 on E-Bay. I saw one sold on October 2011 for $550. Truly a beautiful piece. I was hoping KC will continue the series but it did not. I did post it for $475 on the Forum and got no reply.

Bugger I missed the boat on that.
I also were hoping the series would be continued.

Figarti started the the Iraq War series. I hope they expand the series to include the various styles of Humvees. TheUSMC M198-155mm Medium Howitzer (IRQ-003) is very impressive and the figures are well sculpted. The Stryker is okay, but I wish they did more details on the rear interior. The current model has a operating rear ramp but all you see is a "black wall" when opened.
Figarti came up with 2 versions of the Humvee 2-3 years ago. It was the enclosed cab version and came with painted windhield and windows ...it is in 1/32 though. Good luck on your search. I'll keep you posted if I see one.

Thanks for the figarti heads up regarding the Iraq series.
Have they released any British or Australian special forces figures???
Also if its not too much to ask do you have a link for the previous released humvees??

Bren,

Some of the older Figarti Iraq War stuff is still available. Clive at Grey Goose is still showing both Humvees as in stock:

www.grey-goose.co.uk

there are links from there to the Iraq War stuff, as we;ll as others no longer avilable in the discontinued section.

Just so you know what you're getting, the old Figarti Humvees are very definatly on the 1/32 or smaller size, roughly the same size as the Forces of Valor Humvees and aren't compatable with the K&C SF series. The detailing on them is good, but as mentioned before, the windows are solid painted. They are polystone with metal and photo etched detailing.

Asa for the Brits / Aussies, Figarti only ever did one set of Brits - a set of 4 on patrol (Clive has these in stock as well). They're OK, but the poses aren't particularly dynamic, and the US Marine figures are far better.
