Kilted Vampire visits the store!

Late this afternoon we were amazed to see Mike walk into the store. We hadn’t heard from him for a few days so were getting concerned. He had just had the last of his staples removed and had done some rehab.

He says he’s generally improving daily, and getting stronger. Still learning about what he’s been through in the last month or so, and coming to terms with it all. He’s certainly had an amazingly rough ride.

Mike’s old sparkle and sense of humor have not been harmed, nor has his enthusiasm for toy soldiers, or the forum. These will definitely be part of his long term therapy. At present his vision is still poor, and he is unable to use the computer. He passes on his thanks to everybody, and I’m sure he is thinking of everyone twice as much as everyone is thinking of him! He is longing to get back on the forum.

It was really fantastic to see him.

Get stronger soon Michael, we have lots of displays to rearrange, and you have lots of catching up to do on the forum.

When I first started reading the forum, I always wondered who the Kilted Vampire was and such an odd name! After viewing the forum for several months, I learned what a beloved member he is. Take care Kilted one.

You've been through a heck of an ordeal that no one would want to go through. Good to see you back with us KV and look forward to your posts in the very near future. Get strong.

Oh Good ... the kilted one is now back on his feet. He'll soon be flying through the dark of the night.

That's great news. It's wonderful to hear he's doing well, hope all continues to improve!

I just got off the phone with Kilted Vampire and he sounds great! He is on

the mend and getting better every day. He can have a conversation so if

you get the chance you should give him a call!

His eyesight is getting better, but he still isn't quite ready for a lot of

computer time just yet, but it was wonderful to hear him again!

We are all lucky we will again have the "Vampire" back soon on the Forum

bringing his own style and flair to our conversations!

Maddadicus he remembered he has some items to get to you, but I told him

you knew he wasn't quite himself yet!

Its always a pleasure to talk to Michael......I enjoyed him talking about his

first Sky Diving adventure! Imagine a 6'5" Sky Diver!
