King And Country Club Figures (1 Viewer)

Looks like I'm going to have to join the club now haha
 
Me too assuming that I can figure out how to send a fax to Hong Kong. Really like the 13th SS Mountain figure. Hopefully some more non-traditional figures like this one are in the works. How about an "Iron Guard" FOB series of axis auxiliary figures?

From the U.S., it is 011-852-2861-3806.
"011" is the international long distance access code for the U.S. (you may have a long distance carrier with its own access code);
"852" is the country code for Hong Kong;
"2861-3806" is the fax number for K&C.:)

My understanding is that K&C wants collectors to either fax or mail the application form. Unfortunately, sending credit card information by e-mail is very unsecure. However, once K&C has your credit card information, they keep it on file so you can e-mail subsequent orders.:)
 
Three WW2-era Germans, maybe next year we can get a Brit or a GI?????

Thanks Steven. I just sent my fax in and picked all three WW2 figures. Now I guess I'll wait.
 
Hey Combat, I snail-mailed my application as I was uneasy about faxing my credit card info and it took exactly one week to get email confirmation and one additional week to get the club package and figures. Not a bad amount of time from the East Coast, that's about as far away from Hong Kong as you can get. I'm emailing Zoe today and ordering the two new figures, even though I don't collect Napoleonics, that Dragoon Bugler looks pretty neat.;)

I emailed mine to Zoe yesterday and ordered my Napoleonic Figure I'm just waiting for her to respond back to me to confirm my order!!!!

Thanks Fred. Mine is on the way via regular mail. The mail system gets a lot of bad PR, but it is nothing short of miraculous in my opinion that a piece of paper can be physically transported that far without any mishap. I probably just jinxed myself. Anyway ordered the Whitman and new 13th SS figure.
 
How fast does K&C get back to you guys, I e-mailed them 3 days ago asking them to send the new club figure and further asked them to send me an e-mail confirming the receipt of my request further asking them if they required more information and still I have received NO response!!! I realize they are busy but it shouldn't take a week to confirm an order. Perhaps Andy can address this issue, I'm not sure if anyone else has the same problem....:)

That is the correct e-mail address and Zoe Chan is the person you want to direct the e-mail to. However, I remember your previous post:

I received an e-mail confirmation of my club order within 12 hours, so I think K&C still has a problem sending you e-mails. Maybe your e-mail program filters out foreign e-mails?:confused:
 
I'm not sure Steven but I'm pretty frustrated...They ended up sending me e-mails previously in the end so I don't know what is going on this time!!! Maybe, Steven could you send Zoe an e-mail for me to see if she has gotten mine? If so It's Brian Rollason. E-MAIL: b.rollason@rogers.com
