Me! Just got my membership package in the mail. Signed on for a two hitch and got two Michel Wittman figures, they're awesome. The package included the latest brochures from the Imperial Collection, Ancient Egypt (how about those dancing girls:eek: ), a new Afrika Corp brochure and the Battlefield Backdrops brochure. Also included was the Spring 2006 Collector magazine with the photo of Rommel that's on the Greif box on the mag. cover. Inside is Ancient Egypt, the Barbarians, the new Afrika Corp pieces and the Revolutionary Marines and new Redcoats. There's also some nice pictures of K&C headquarters in Hong Kong similar to the ones Steven C. tookand posted for us here on the forum. One of them shows the sculptors working on an "upcoming Panther" (alright!). On the back cover is some new club exclusive figures including the "Emress Dragoon Bugler" for all you Napoleonic collectors and a NOC from the 13th SS Mountain Division "Handschar" Bosinian Muslim (that's a mouth full). Great stuff, glad I joined and it take long to get the stuff.:D

But it was worth the wait, right? Since I send and receive a lot of mail and packages from Hong Kong, I want to mention that regular postal air mail between Hong Kong and San Francisco takes about 10 days. Now add on a few days for the East Coast and you have a long wait. Fortunately, if you purchase figures in the future, the $25 cost of a figure covers shipping costs.:)
 
Steven, once again my fingers couldn't keep up with my thoughts, I meant to say it "didn't" take long to recieve the package. I got an email from Zoe Chan one week ago today saying they were posting the package that day. One week from Hong Kong to the east coast, that's not bad at all. Im am surprised I didn't see you pictured in the Collector magazine, maybe giving Andy some helpful hints on his next project.:)

I've just joined today. Now I have to wait patiently a couple of weeks for my parcel to arrive.
 
My parcel arrived yesterday. Yay.
The Wittman figure is great. Much better than the one that comes with Tiger 007. I've put that figure away and have the new figure by the side of the tank. The facial likeness is excellent.

The new Collector Magazine was probably the best issue yet. The increased page count really added to the content. The behind the scenes article was interesting especially as some cute girls were featured. Cute girls always help. :)

I've only had the K&C UK version of Collector up till now and was surprised the page size was so different. The UK version is quite a bit smaller.

No Battlefield Backdrops brochure in my package though.
I'd have liked a copy of that.
 
Welcome to the club, Easy, that Michel Wittman figure is great and the Collector magazine article on Andy's HQ is very interesting. Feels good to belong, but like Groucho Marx said, "I wouldn't want to belong to any club that would have me as a member"!:D

I'm hoping too be a member soon and just wondered when I get my 1 free figure and lets say a new one comes out within the year can I order that one for $25.00 as well? Also, how much is shipping for the figures? Does anyone have the picture of the new NAPOLEONIC figure that will be coming out soon for club members? I think BOOT51 saw a picture on a magazine which he mentions in his original thread post.

Hi Brian, the new club Napoleonics figure due for release this April is CF007 "Empress Dragoon Bugler", it's pictured on the back cover of the latest issue of the K&C Collector mag. which should come with your club membership package. I wish I could post it for you, but alas it's beyond my limited means. I collect WWII, but if I was into the Napoleonics series, I'd be all over this piece, looks awesome.;)

I was going to join this week wonder if I should wait and order both together, I'm just afraid that CF05 will be sold out......Are you certain its coming this April?

Hi Brain, That's what the K&C mag. says "due for release this April", why not join for two years, like I did, and get both figures. It's a great deal, $70 for a two year membership, choice of two figures sent to your door, quarterly Collector mag. plus brochures and email news letters, go for it.:D

I don't mind but the other figure hasn't been released yet so I can't get both right now.
I just recived an order an hour ago and just got the Collector Guide in that shipment and I now see the figure you are speaking of, it is very nice. I would like to get both and just do a 2 year subscription...guess I may have to wait a bit and take your advice.

Wellington, don't worry about that, I'm sure someone will post the image. There are a lot of good folks here in this forum. Since I had joined last week I have noticed about the good human quality and the fellowship between the people who participate on it.

I just got a copy of the collectors book...never mind the figure ....did you see the beautiful ladies that Andy has working for him...my goodness life is sweet. On a serious note I was very impressed by the pictures of Andy's team and the store VERY professional!!!!!

Yes ask and you shall receive, it was nice that Andy C included some nice

shots of some of his staff, and his operation. We even got a "Candid" of him

at work! I will shoot a digital and try and post the two new club figures

shortly.
