I received my confirmation within 12 hours and I receive replies to my inquiries within 24 hours. Ask the company that faxed the application for you to provide a fax confirmation sheet showing it was received by K&C.

As Steven said, within 12 hours I have my answer(s). Send an email address to Mrs. Zoe Chan, she's pretty cool, a very valuable person for K&C in their relations with the collectors.

Thanks guys, Zoe just called me by phone and told me she was trying to send an e-mail to me but was having difficulty. I think the problem is fixed now. Zoe was very nice and friendly....and the customer service for K&C just went up in my books....you are right Zoe is an asset to K&C.

I received my welcome package today and the figure was great...the shipping was very fast as well. I received a new updated K&C flyer as well with the Kings German Legion on the front which was a pleasent supprise!! If it wasn't for the club I'm not sure when I would have found out about it.
