I'm getting my laser disc (does anyone else have those anymore?) of JohnWayne's Alamo out and going to watch it this week.

Being from Tejas anything related to the Alamo is near & dear of course. I was just there again last month. The place never seems to feel any less sacred no matter how many times I go. And getting to go to Kings X (K&C factory store)which is right next door is a huge bonus

I named my oldest son (now 17) Bonham (first name) after James Butler Bonham of the Alamo. He does indeed use it as his first name. The only down side is I sometimes have to explain to people that I did not name him after the dead Led Zepplin drummer {sm2}

My Alamo dio has been downsized as I need the room for WWII items. American , German, Russian, RAF, etc..... ^&cool
