This may be a silly question but from which K&C line do these figures come from? I can't seem to find them in any of the collections, current or retired?

They are fairly new releases that have been out 5 months or so. They are part of the
Berlin 38' LAH series. I believe the Hitler and Goering are LAH 124 and LAH 125.

I am in Canada and often use www.toysoldierclub.com as my reference to the figures. They have a great archive section on there of the retired models, with only a few missing...and these two are in that category (although once you see how the links to each page work, you can type these model numbers in and they do appear, they just weren't in the category). Worth checking out though.
