I had it in my que to record it...
I deleted it...
I watched one episode...
this is UNBELIEVABLY BRUTAL!!!
I know the swords and axes are blunted...
but somebody is gonna get killed doing this...
these guys are smashing each other in the head with heavy axes...
trying to give optimal damage to their opponents...
somethings gotta give...
I like boxing...MMA...
but this is unnatural...

Was for a bit but I find it a bit silly. I liked the show "Deadliest Warrior" to bad that stopped airing.

I do watch a lot of the History Channel...
I like Pawn Stars...American Pickers...
and especially Forged in Fire...
I find watching these guys that can forge weapons...
from leaf springs on cars...scrap metal...discarded iron/steel fascinating...
there is an art to it that appeals to me...

That was a great show, many of the match-ups lacked authenticity, for example Waffen SS Vs Viet Kong, and there were some unusual weapon choices but overall a very entertaining series.
