Just wondering if anyone has any info on Kolobob , I bought a couple of mounted Samurai from their Ebay store 10 years or more ago
where they a manufacturer/painting studio or just a re seller ?

As far as I recall he was a re-seller. I purchased items from Nevskaya miniatura http://www.soldiers-neva.com/ and Russian Vityaz https://ruvit.ru/ through him.

Thanks for the Info, I have tried to find another mounted Samurai via ebay without much luck
I have a few of Aeroarts foot figures but unfortunately, they don't have any mounted figures in their current range.

I don't know whatever happened to Boris Kolomytsev (kolobob). For years he was a dealer for Nevskaya, and he was the US contact for Arsenyev as well. He had his own exclusive castings too that were all painted by Nevskaya. He sold some nice kit figures too, all well painted. Several years ago his soldier sales on ebay were dipping and he started selling more camera equipment and eventually stopped selling on ebay altogether. The last time I reached out to him he didn't respond, which was odd because I was responding to an email from him.

Besides an apparent change in the items kolobob sold on eBay, let's not forget that there is a war going on. I won't comment on the war itself. I want only to point out that it's important to remember that war brings disruptions, and perhaps something has happened that prevent him from replying, or continuing his business, etc.
