A German Stug IV from 17. SS-Panzergrenadier-Division "Götz von Berlichingen" accompanied by some panzer grenadiers make contact with the enemy somewhere in France during the Battle of Normandy… First Legion’s Normandy Stug IV (NOR089) has long been one of my favorite 1/30 scale AFVs and I’ve had it out on display in some capacity since I got it in 2019. I decided to add some camouflage branches to it for a more authentic look in this display.

Nice display, as usual Tman.
It's just a shame that FL didn't represent Zimmerit on the StuG IV as it should have at that time ( and of course in this unit ).

Tman you are a master of the dioramas. What else is there to say. Paul

Thank you for the kind words on my display, everyone!

Mastercom, I would guess the reason FL didn’t include the zimmerit on this particular model was to keep their production costs down. They used their general Stug IV tooling for multiple repaints, some of which represented late war vehicles that wouldn’t have had zimmerit. I still really like the model!
