KronPrinz Winter Panzer Commanders (1 Viewer)

The Kronprinz half figures look as good as the K&C half figures, thanks for the link Two ways to touch up figure chips is to use Sharpe Ultra Fine Paint Peinture they use an oil base fast drying permenant paint and can be purchased in a variety of flat and metallic colors on Amazon. The very fine felt tips make precision application easy. Tamiya Acrylics are also available on Amazon. I use them to repaint Panzers or figures i.e painting the web belts on K&C DAK figures OD rather than the white K&C uses for some strange reason. Great paints for all manor of models.

Yeah Nice, Now how about some Afrika Korps figures, especially dead and wounded Panzer crew hanging out of their hatches.

Kronprinz has a nice website. I will be purchasing some figures and I will comment on the site of the need for DAK, Russian and US tankers. I think the half figures are best, as they will fit into most armor where the full figures may not. Given the ornate Naps Emilio has on his site I am sure he could make any figure you would wish to order.

I received my new Kronprinz Panzer Commaders. Almost all of these are customized to my specification.

Here is what arrived. There were two small misses on the customization, but we will get those fixed in my next order. I did want one of the pair of Panzer Commanders with M38 field caps to be in gold waffenfarbe for the 24th Panzer Division. So, lesson is do not ask for about 5 customizations across two orders in a short period of time. They did a great job on everything else.

This is my favorite of all the poses. He seems like he is made to sit in either my Figarti or FL Tiger. Sorry he is a little blurry. I need to try and get the camera to focus on the figures a little more.

Same pose, but in the black panzer uniform with the gold waffenfarbe of the 24th Panzer. Love this f-ing guy!

I actually like the commander who is calling out orders better in person than I thought I would:

Again, in this one he is blurry because the camera focused on the tank

Here is my favorite pose in the First Legion Winter Tiger. Great combination

And back in the Figarti. His hands aren't quite perfect, but they look like he is moving

From normal viewing range this guy looks really good in the Figarti Tiger and his calling out orders looks more natural.

This pose should be looking over the side of the Panzer rather than forward like I have him. When I put him like that his hands line up and he looks good talking to someone on the ground.

And again, the best all around pose is just rocking it in the Eagle Design Panzer III in the background

This is one of my older KP panzer commanders. Still looks really good in the FL Tiger, though.

The new painting is better, but not a ton. Definitely can use either in scenes with KP, FL or WB.

Yes, the new KP Tank Commanders do look good, I have a whole bunch coming in the new year to compliment my existing KP Tank Commanders. I have also requested some minor modifications to my new figures.

Great photos. To increase your depth of field use a smaller aperture and manual focus. Also I use a telephoto lens and shoot from a 6 foot distance to enhance focus depth and reduce distortion.

The Kronprinze Panzer Kommander figures will fit into some 1/32 Panzers. I have one in my 21st Century Kingtiger.

I use an iPhone 8 which is the only camera I own.
