Dear friends.
I announce a decision that we have taken in recent days.
Due to logistical problems that have occurred in our shipments to major retailers in the United States, we have taken the decision to temporarily suspend sales through shops, and focus only through our online store.
Apparently, the bulky shipments suffer greater damage than those who made the final customers, which caused great trouble among our dealers and us.
We have verified that packets sent to end customers directly reach their destination in good condition, and until we are able to offer our retailers a satisfactory solution that satisfies both parties, it is preferable that you, collectors and modellers, you get in touch directly with us.
We are working very hard to correct errors and to improve the quality and delivery times.
These years have tried to be present through our dealers at major exhibitions, but due to problems in customs, delivery time issues, and breakage during transport, our image in these fairs has been poor and even negative. We realize that for traders, it is much more interesting to work with larger and established companies, they solved the same problems long ago. So our decision is to temporarily suspend our relationship with these merchants, until we can serve them with the same security and quality of service that the major competing brands.
In Europe we have not experienced these problems, so that this suspension will take place only for businesses in the United States.
We believe it is the best solution for everyone. Stores do not receive orders with broken or unstuck figures, collectors will be able to place orders directly to our online store, and we can focus our efforts on solving these problems definitely be back to normal as soon as possible
