I'm wondering why some LAH lamp posts come in a red lidded box with black bottom (really nice) and others come in a silverish box...Anyone know?

I aquired a large collection of LAH and the boxes are beautiful...they appear to be a high dollar boxes. The lamp posts...drummer horses...and marching bands are in these boxes and are all different in sizes.

Lots of crazy things seem to happen! I have two RO41 Roman Gateways....

both in the Original boxes and one is 2lbs heaver then the other!

Both are in the White Box with Gold Seal and one weighs 5lbs the other 3lbs.

I'm expecting Popeye Doyle to bust in here are tear it apart to find

The lighter 3lb one has the secret chamber. The 5lb. one is just solid polystone. Don't you watch Sherlock Holmes?

I believe those are the old style SOHK boxes. I had some non SOHK items come in those.

How about Andy make some mystery pieces which contain some sort of Willy Wonka gift card...a free trip to the factory where the soldiers are made and some parting gifts afterwards...huh? Andy could offer these pieces limited to 500 and sell them on Ebay with only 3 containing the gift cards...I wonder how much each piece would sell for? I wonder if it could make national news? I could see it now..."A small company is offering a free trip to their factory just like Willy Wonka"...then of course being nationally recognized, King & Country becomes HUGE!
