Why is the LAH series being "re-painted" and described as a new release in the Luftwaffe series......there are so many requests for traditional WWII armour on the forum yet we are seeing production of many obscure lines and subjects ......I know there are varying tastes and subjects but I must say that I find some of the new K/C releases "yawn" a bit boring.....Am I the only one who feels this way?? or am I imagining this.... or maybe I must be K/C'..ed out.......:eek:

Personally i find the new LAH releases great, they will add to a ever growing parade, not much else he can really do to this line apart from repaints of figures from other corps. As for the rest of the releases the LH are great "Rommels" plane is a must, you can never have enough AK soldiers same for the palms sorry have to disagree but its only MO...................:)

Vezzolf,
You asked
"Why is the LAH series being "re-painted" and described as a new release in the Luftwaffe series"

My eyes must be going so perhaps you could indicate which of the new LW are re-paints and which LAH figure has been repainted. I must be missing something here. There are only so many marching or attention poses but I am having problems seeing the "repaints".

If you are an armour fan I could see why the December releases might not be that interesting but overall a very good mixture including an aircraft and a boat.

I won't go back and count but I am pretty sure K&C has released more vehicle related items this year than any other producer. However obviously not enough.

They are similar but obviously the sculpt is different..one can compare Lah114 with LW008..and so on..the aiguillette in the LW figure is the difference, or the backpacks..i think the new LW figures are wonderful , maybe they were planned for the LAH range but it's right they fall in the LW range now.

As a primarily AFV collector, I have no complaint. Frankly, I can use a bit of a cash flow break after all of the releases of AFVs this year with the halftrack, 105 mm gun and extra crew sets still to come. K&C seems to be on a strategy of widening their product lines, partly for stuff people have been asking for and probably as a market strategy to attract new collectors and keep the firm profitable. Along with releases by Figarti, there have been lots of never before produced AFVs made and it has already been an expensive year for AFV collectors.

I believe the LAH line sells well so we will see more of it.

I only wish we will get re-make of the glossy Goose stepping LAH figures but in Matt this time.
