Has anyone else had any dealings with this company?

I sent them money months ago and still haven't received my figures. I have tried chasing them on numerous occassions and when I did finally get through to the rip off merchant running this business I got told my figures had been sent and must've been lost in the post and that he'd send replacements. This was nearly two months ago and still nothing.

Just a warning but I wouldn't personally ever deal with this company again and certainly wouldn't send money to them in future as you may as well just throw your cash in the bin! I also learnt recently, when talking to one of the dealers I know, that apparently they also owe money to two publications (TS&MF and TSC) for advertising and that currently one or both of these publications are taking legal action to recover their money!

I'd be interested to know if any other collectors out there have had similar problems with this company or others like them, it's time to name a shame them I think to stop other collectors getting ripped off like I did!!!

I have had no dealings with this company, but I certainly appreciate the warning. I'll make certain not to deal with them. Thanks!

No probs Pat I just don't want any other folks losing their money like I appear to have done, it would be good if others with experiences such as mine with any company post their views here and on the other forums to hopefully stop these sorts of things becoming a problem for all of us!

Yes I've had unsuccessful dealings with Last Stand too and am owed money by them as no goods were supplied. To name and shame them is the only way to stop this happening to other collectors.
 
I have similar problems here in the UK with said company. Sent off a cheque 2 months ago for £40.00 worth of castings and still nothing, and as one of you guys said it's near impossible to track this guy down by phone!

My advice, stay well clear of this company that is if they haven't already gone bust!!!

I never saw this thread before, but I bought some figures from them (some Zulu war castings and a MMM rocket battery). It took a couple of months but I got them. That was some weeks ago.
Chris, the owner did answer my emails, about one week after I sent them.

I am still waiting for a monoculair that was missing from the rocket battery set. It should have been here by now so I will email him again shortly. Otherwise no complaints.
