That depends on what parameters you are positing for change. If you just say the engineering advanced sufficiently without compable changes in the time for flight training and combat experience, it wouldn't have changed much initially but the survivors may have improved even faster since the higher powered aircraft had greater demands on the pilots. Nearly all the Spitfires, apart from certain aspects of the Mark XIV, fly the same, so not much difference in basis skills required there. The German aircraft, including the 109E, were always relatively harder to fly and the German pilots had more experience at that phase of the war so while the 190 is more demanding than a 109E, I am not sure it would have made all that much difference either. The FW did have major engine cooling issues for its early models so there may have been more losses in the channel due to simple engine failure;)
