Let it snow... (2 Viewers)

I just flew to New York  , the whether is not that different from Kiev.
Ice snow and slippery road welcome to Big Apple :D

Yeah, but at least in Kiev you can pick up Russian miniatures without paying those ridiculous postage fees!

I was in Atlanta over the weekend, and the 2 inches they got on Friday turned that city into more of a disaster area than 2 feet up here in MN! Our anticipated arriveal at the hotel at 8 pm turned into 4 am! Yeesh!
It has to be said that most of us southern types (south of the Mason-Dixon) can't drive in snow. This is especially true of the deep south where snow is a true apocalyptic event. 2" of snow in Atlanta and you may as well be in Antarctica. Duh, which end of the snow shovel is the end you sweep snow with? -- lancer

Another 6-12 inches along with 50-60 mph winds on the way here in PA tomorrow. That means lots of power outages. Sounds like you guys further north are going to get hit even worse than us this time.

I've heard 1"-18" here.Someone is covering their bases.

The snow has been a bust here so far. Less than an inch. Very windy though.

what part of NY are you from?the snow is all over the place in brooklyn.

Roslyn Harbor, on the North Shore of Long Island. When Shannon set up my account I lived in Manhattan, and I have no idea how to change the location.
