Outmanned, outgunned, and outmaneuvered by the enemy and suffering wounds, Rogers Rangers beat a hasty treat from French and Indian forces during the Battle on Snowshoes in March of 1758.

Randy........that's a great shot.

Is it my imagination.........or is your guy a lot bloodier than John's original?

Not in the snow.........but around his hands and hip?

Are getting a little more violent in your older age, lol?:rolleyes::rolleyes:

That is the way the figure came-the blood is quite red and sticky looking as in real life.

I reshot this today since I didn't like the fact that the musket had been cut off on the left and I felt the blood on the snow looked fake.

Randy,
Reshot or not, you do a superb job in bringing history to life with your pictures. Kipling would appreciate your work.

John's figures (have so far concentrated on Monongahela and Snowshoes--really enjoy the Rangers), some AeroArt St. Petersburg, some K&C, and others. I'm all over the map when it comes to time periods--Romans, Thirty Year's War, FIW, Napoleonics, WW1, and WW2.

I have a very mixed collection too. I cherry pick what appeals to me from different eras. That way I don't get bored.
