Just returned from a trip out west where I visited the Little Bighorn Battlefield. Showing a few diorama pics from the excellent visitor's center. A lot of artifacts and Custer uniforms, furniture, etc on display. Unfortunately the dio pics look flat, more like paintings than they actually look. Chris

Also had the opportunity to visit the Rosebud battlefield, about 45 mi from Little Bighorn. Not much to see there, mostly rolling prairie terrain. And pictured is the memorial to Capt Fetterman and 81 men killed near Ft Kearny Dec 1866.

Thank you for sharing. I found the battlefield to be extremely well done and very informative. I spent hours there - much more time than the actual battle which supposedly only lasted as long as a hungry man needs to eat a cup of soup.
