I don't know who may have the answer to this but how compatible were LL's and Trophy's ACW lines?
I have a couple of LL charging Confederate sets and they look very close to Trophy. When I first bought them many years ago I thought they were Trophy figures.
Hi Brad, seeing as how well the AZW and Egypt and The Sudan ranges go together I really don't think you would have a problem

I think that the little legion sets look great except one major problem i cannot get over. If i could i would have hundreds of ll figures. My problem is i can't get over the silver paint that stretches the whole length of the top of the rifles. To me it ruins the figures which are great. Too much silver. I have pieces that don't show as much siilver and use them to augment my trophy. I really wish they could change that. Am i the only one that thinks this way ? Imagine if martyn got into ll.

Very nice hand 2 hand sets you have created Martyn.
Is the mounted figure a new purchase. He certainly looks nice. Also Marines, could they double duty as the York & Lancaster regiment?
Many thanks Scott. :salute::
The mounted Emir was bought at the March Show.
The Royal Marines are a particular favourite of mine since getting the Command set from John (theweinz) last year. They were produced in the Trophy "The Broken Square at Tamai" series and there was the option of have the figures supplied as the Royal Marines in Grey uniforms (as per my figures) or as the Yorks and Lancaster Regiment in khaki
