Now that the Virus has affected my work more over the past week or so I watch a lot of Movies and Documentaries etc to fill in my days.

However I really like Music and have spent several hours each day finding songs to add to my Spotify collection that I use on my Smart phone, Desktop Computer, Notebook and on more recently on an App on my Smart TV.

My taste in Music is wide, Heavy Rock to Country and all things in between, but I find that Classical Music is often the most relaxing when you're worried etc.

Here's one of the Classics from the Classics that I have on Spotify.

When I'm relaxing, painting toy soldiers mostly, I usually always have ABC Classic playing.

https://www.abc.net.au/classic/

It's the national broadcaster, so there is no advertising and only a couple of news broadcasts all day, so i don;t have to hear all the 'gloom & doom' going on in the outside world at this time !!!

I will change stations to a 60's, 70's & 80's era station when the 'fat lady sings' because I do not like OPERA !!!! And I'm willing to put up with ads, traffic reports (which are light these days) and the hourly news.

Yes the ABC radio stations are a great option, personally I listen to my own lists more often than radio as I know I'll like the content. I know what you mean with opera however I have several songs from operas on my Spotify, of course most classical tunes are from operas or similar but most often only the instrumental versions.

The following is one of the few songs on my Classic list. It is the famous Flower Duet from the opera Lakme by Leo Delibes, which is featured in a number of tv ads. As the opera is set in the time of the British Colonial period in India, it may be of some interest to you as operas go.
