London films (1 Viewer)

Thanks Guys,
it works. Here is what I did wrong.
When clicking on a movie, the window to register came up.
I did so, received confirmation, and went back to click on the movie.
Same window came back up, saying to register or sign in.
By clicking "OK" I expected an option to sign in but there is only the register fields.
Now by checking out the main page I did not see the sign in button anywhere but that was my fault :eek::eek:
I did not have my full screen showing. It was just cut enough to hide the sign in button.
Thanks again!
Konrad

Hi Trooper

Just tried your login and it worked first time.

The sign in tab is on the top right hand corner of the home page (well every page actually)

click on this and it will say welcome back please sign in. Use the details you registered with. Your e-mail and the password you set.

You then will be redirected back to the home page you can then surf the site and click on films to watch.

Hope you get in OK if not e-mail me and i will try and help further

We are making the SIGN IN button more obvious as we speak so in the next round of updates this will be more prominant under the TSTV LOGO

Chris,

Congratulations on the venture mate, always great to see new companies entering into the hobby, and especially those with a slant towards Waterloo;)!

How have you found the reaction so far?

Cheers,

Molloy.
Hi Molloy,

thanks for the encouragement. Seems almost all 'commenters' have been pretty positive thus far,, but its early days.

But I guess for a new toy soldier business we're still in the nursery here at Treefroggers and the Toy Soldier Show, my soldiers are for anyone who cares enough to like them adults, children and as a link between the two! but I’d love to be in the high street and the toy shop! I hope my product can be both exciting and educative...hmmmm but there it will be Walkerloo vs. Playstation 10(?), Walkerloo vs Playmobil ? When you enter a toy shop it seems like most of what’s on show is related to a movie... but I reckon historical mythologies if approached in the 'right way(?)' aren't too different to movies... in fact I guess most movies fall in behind one historical 'myth' or other... hmmmm how did I get into waterloo? I guess through ideas of red coats and blue coats... I remember announcing to my gang of friends age 6 or so that we'd been on the wrong side all summer and should, as young brits, in fact have been fighting the blue coats not being them... this misunderstanding probably came about through a Hollywood American War of Independence movie with the red coats as baddies ... hmmmm. baddies and goodies... those were the days. And the right way to re-tell a story, investigate and exploit-explore myths??? I guess that’s where skill and morality have to kick in... what procrastinating! I'd best get back to the knot of pics, flash, CSS(?) and html that needs to be my website!

cheers

Awesome Tony! I'm sure Chris will be there, so maybe I can get some commentary from one of the stars!:D

Tony

I'm still totally p**** with this,

It asks me to login, I put in my details.

I move through that and then click on something and am then asked to register, I register this time having already logged in.

I click on the video and it asks me to register again - is this a new game for Dave?

I may have got my password wrong but it didn't say so!

Or could it be because I don't use microsoft?

Chris,

Apologies I'm only getting back to you now mate, was down the country for a couple of days so tonight's the first chance I've had to log back on properly!

Well, whatever the inspiration might be behind it, everything I've seen of the range so far seems great, so you seem to be getting the fundamentals rvery much right anyway! Even if they didn't look as good as they do, it'd still be brilliant to see an emerging company starting off with, and concentrating on Napoleonics.

Having said that, would you have any plans to expand into other periods in the future? I know the medium you're using would really seem to be one that lends itself firmly to bright, flashy colouful uniforms, etc., but could you find yourself tempted in good time to move forward (or backward) into alternative historical periods?

Cheers,

Molloy.

P.S. Did I hear you mention in your TSTV interview that you were at the Waterloo anniversary last month?? How was it?!
