Looking for DD032 (1 Viewer)

I'm new to this as of today. I'm looking for a birthday present for my husband (DD032 - 3 man mortar set). Can anyone give me suggestions where to look? Much appreciated.

Welcome and hopefully we can be of help. This set has been retired for quite a while so it's unlikely you'll find it through dealers. However, it does show up quite a bit on ebay and it's not generally that expensive either. If I see it, I will try to contact you.

Excellent suggestion. They do have a lot of retired pieces in mint condition. They provide a good service ( they are a K&C dealer) but are quite a bit more expensive than e-bay for most retired pieces. They also have pieces that rarely show up on e-bay.

I confess to buying a few "must have " pieces from them and paid the asking prices and have never seen those pieces come up on e-bay other than in slightly damaged, displayed or boxless condition.

I got the DD032 piece on e-bay and really like it. Looks good in a Build-a-Rama mortar pit.

DD032 regularily shows up on e-bay and from memory sells in the $175 range.
