Looking for information on two marching infantrymen (1 Viewer)

I have two soldiers from unknown (to me) brand. They are made of composite and measure from​

bottom pedestal to top of hat 9 cm.

At the bottom of the pedestal it says '10/E'.

I would love to obtain information about brand, year of production, army/country etc.
