For the last two, you may want to definitely consider ebay because they've been selling under the original retail price and you can probably get a good deal that way.

Welcome to the forum snappyD. It looks like some of those sellers don't sell outside of the US. I guess they have their reasons but I wish they would give collectors like us in more remote regions a chance to get these harder to get items.
