Another enjoyable session of viewing your playtime Michael and it's a pleasure to see your new sets and figures from JJ shortly after their arrival on your wilderness frontier an soon after in front of your camera.

Fits very well Mike.Thank you for the birthday wish.I think I will take your advice.:D:D

Very nicely done, Michael, very nice indeed.

Children 'play' with their toys. 'Toy' soldiers or not, at 46 years of age I prefer the term 'Display'!!!.

Brilliant work Mike,

I just LOVE to see gunners all sweaty and working hard (as they always do), and the way you have arranged all of the figures and the excellet woodland make is look like a 'snapshot' out of history.

Well done !!!!

John

Unsure, but think the artillery crews are British Army, not Virginia Provincials. I believe artillery uniforms were quite different from the regular infantry. Note the color differences in coats and vests between the artillery crew and the Provincials, but they work well together and the only thing that may need changing is the title, not the scene. Very nice work.

Ken....you are right....ty....I noticed the hats are different too (gold trim to white).....your research and keen eyes are impeccable....but I'm no stickler on authenticity.....in this scene I will just have a Provincial officer commanding a British Army artillery, haha. It's close enough for me.:p

New title.....Lt.Kenkins of the Virginia Provincial Regiment of Foot...with a British Artillery Crew.:p

and thank you....

Guiseppi...."play" works for me, lol
Mark....H.B.Day again
