Excellent job!

Did you have to disassemble it to get in there, or did you make your mods with the intact model?

Prost!

Thanks for the compliments. Brad, all my conversions involve a complete tear down of the 1/32 M901 ITV made by Forces Of Valor. The base vehicle represents a vehicle used in Gulf War 1991. I totally strip all the TOW launcher equipment and cut off the track shrouds because most of my conversions are Vietnam vehicles. This one was more involved because I had to remake the rear ramp so it would be functional to show show off the interior. All that is left to do once the tear down is complete is build it up to what ever version I'm making and I usually have what I need in my spare parts bin from years of armor modelling. Thanks for your interest.

Yeah, that's a great job, and so much so because you have to take it apart before you can begin. I've seen other AFV models where the modeler has added similar detail, but those are kits.

This is an aspect of these models, from FoV, and the other makers in the past 20 years, like 21st Century Toys, Blue Box, etc. They produce models that are like well-detailed toys, I concede, but you can use them as a starting point to produce a truly stunning model of the subject. I've seen builds using the 1/18 scale planes from 21st Century Toys, for example, that have been reworked to hide the seams, then detailed and weathered. It's always cool to see a build like that, and like yours.

Prost!

Incredible work. Thanks for sharing.

Brendan

Mark mate,
Ditto to what Brendan said. Memories come racing back. I wish I had a penny for the number of nights I have slept in the back of the "Butter Box".
Cheers Howard:salute::
