101st meets B company of the 70th US Tank Battalion together with G Company/2nd Battalion of the 8th Infantry Regiment/ 4th Infantry Div.
The FoV Sherman has been transformed and fitted with wading equipment. Although already miles inland the wading equipment has not yet been removed.The Tank commander is studying the map where to go next. The paratroopers give them all the info they have.
