Please can anyone ID the Manufacturer of these figures?

Are they 54mm? The style of the sculpting reminds me of Holger Ericksson, and they could be Authenticast, with some dressing up, like tin or lead sheet for rifle slings. The bases don't look like Authenticast, though. Could they be Timpo castings? Are they solid?

They are 54mm and they are solid, there are not markings of any sort on the bases

They look similar to a special D day set by Tommy Atkins that I saw today at Westcoaster room trading.
 
Hmm, Tommy Atkins? Could be. The quality of the castings is a little softer than I would have thought for their figures, though the poses are dynamic. That's what made me think of Ericksson.

The pictures on tommyatkins.com aren't so good, but the GIs do look similar in style of sculpting and painting to their figures.
