Hi Julie,

Not to put you on the spot, but are you getting any feedback from manufacturers as to what impact the "Coronavirus" is having on their ability to push out product? There hasn't been any mention of it, here at TF, but I'm constantly hearing references to problems with Chinese production on CNBC, with Apple iPhone for example.

Our Production in China (Textiles) stop now for 6 weeks, including CNY, maybe restart middle next week.

All the customers are in panic.

A portion of the country is on lockdown. As a result the economy has stalled and factories are closed. This has caused disruptions in the supply chain, which is starting to be felt overseas as many countries depend on parts made in China. The effects are being felt in all industries and toy soldiers are no different. That is why you’re seeing the volatility in the market (stock exchanges).

The only bright spot is that the rate of new cases has slowed.

Shipping out of Hong Kong is not an issue, it's the products that are still in mainland China that cannot be shipped since the routes are closed. News here reports differently than what news there is reporting it seems. We are staying in contact with everyone and still getting shipments.

Julie,

Thank you very much. I'm going to assume that I'll be looking at a bit of slow-down, release wise, until the situation in China improves. Collectors tend to be babies about delays in product (and I'm the worst), so your comments are useful in helping to manage my expectations.
