Matte Beau Geste (1 Viewer)

Hello,

More pictures of Beau Geste and The Four Feathers in matte finish. They turned really great.

About the new matte line, we have the first 3 sculptures ready to produce. I think we will be announcing them by mid march. I'll keep you posted.

Enjoy

WOW Ana these are exquisite !!! I really love the 2 Indian civilians. What series are they from? or are they new?

BEAUTIFUL ^&grin

Thanks :) The lady is from the set 'Going to drill' and the man is from 'Streets of Cairo II'. The figures can be ordered separately.

The figures look spectacular :salute::
Very nice.
Seeing these makes the wait for the new line even a bit more exciting.

I'll definitely be looking at buying these. Is it possible to just order these figures or do we have to buy the whole set?

It will be my first foray into Beau Geste and if they're being done in matt, probably not my last.

My son Alec has the elephant navy boat set in glossy, and it is one of the nicest glossy sets I've ever seen. It looks like it is equally nice in matt. I can't tell you impressed I have been by the Four Feathers sets (I bought three sets for my son so far, including the two elephant sets - the other has a tiger jumping on the elephant's back, while an Englishman prepares to defend his lady from the tiger). I can tell you I am sorely tempted by the camel corps figures in matt. I bet they would look great with my John Jenkins Sudan stuff.

Mid March is approaching rapidly now :smile2:
No sneak peak or hint yet, Ana :wink2:

Hola Ana,

Muy bonito, mi gusta bastante los camelos en matte.

saludos

We are a little delayed, re-structuring production. We'll be a month late. Sorry for that.

Ana

PS: Gracias, debrito :)

Guys,

Just an update about our matte line. The 5 first figures are already sculpted, and waiting to be molded. But we have decided to delay the launching and production. The inflation here is growing month after month, and it's becoming more and more expensive to produce here, in front of a dolar value that hardly moves.

We'll wait and see we can re-schedule the launching by September, at the Chicago show. If there is any change in the situation and we can move ahead I'll let you know.

Thanks for being patient,

Ana

Can we know what the range is so we can save and
not spend it somewhere else??

Hi Ana,

From my perspective, whatever wait is required is worth it. I hope the inflation in Argentina begins to lessen soon. As we wait for the release of the new figures, I shall easily be content to choose to add to my collection from the many Beau Geste figures already available.

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :smile2:

Thank you, Pat.

I'd like to save the historical period to be revealed along with the figures. But I can confirm that it's not Durbar. This range looks much better in gloss :)

Ana
