Additions to the Roman Market Place

Lions and Cages, you would not want these cats running around free!
That is of course unless you were a Gladiator and hoping to win glory by defeating them,
Lions and Gladiator samples will be previewed in June at the London 2023 show.

The Romans
These new Romans will feature under the serial number ROM160A and ROM160B and will be available in the June 2023 release. Each in 3 versions, Red Shield, 9th Legion, and 19th Legion. The Thomas Gunn 'Repel Cavalry' first edition was one of our best sellers, extremely popular. We have listened to feedback and multiple requests for another version and your wish is our command. Making an appearance next month will be a new version of Legionnaires Repelling Cavalry, with improved painting and sculpting.

Dear Fellow Collector

Welcome to the first of the Thomas Gunn Miniatures May 2023 newsletter update for our forthcoming, 2023, figure and vehicle releases, the main newsletter will follow next week, with the May 2023 new releases. Have included a picture of Alfie, the company attack dog, beware anyone who tries to enter the company premises without treats! However, I am sure he will accept any 'treat' contributions brought for him to the London June 2023 show, even thou he cannot attend.

Any more French Foreign Legion circa 1900 coming?

For the deuce and a half, can you visually tell the GMC from the International Harvester, Reo Motors, and Studebaker versions?

Could be quite an interesting entry into the ancient Roman theme, though I'd be more inclined for behind the scenes stuff than fighting Gladiators I'm sure there are plenty of collectors who will be all over a melee of Gladiators !
Looking forward to seeing more :salute::

Topic made me go and look at some photos I took of Roman Mosaic's in Tripoli Museum about fifteen years ago of panels of Gladiators and apart from them the image of a Water Organ "Hydraulis" as well as other musicians popped out at me. Be nice if TG did some of those as would fit in both for the Arena and for the Emperor's gardens !

GMC Truck looks great. Can't wait to see it painted.
Love the lions; they will look fantastic in a gladiator scene. Now we just need a few gladiators for an arena diorama. ^&grin
Not to mention an Alfie Attack Dog figure to go with those new Romans.

Cool upcoming releases.
We like your schnauzer as well. He looks tough!

How about one of these to set off a collection of Gladiators, even just a section of it would look great !
