Not sure if the email you were using is valid anymore. On the collectors club website it gives sales@bachmann.co.uk (as the email for UK & European customers.)

You could also try :-

wbinfo@wbritain.com (this is the email for US customers.)

Monday I sent my third email asking the replacement of the 2013 Club figure, unfortunately I have not yet received a reply.
Does anyone know if at Ukclub@wbritain.com someone reads the messages? There is there someone responsible for answering? With the Bachmann course have the Members the same old service?
Ken I do not want to bother you but if you can do something about my membership number is WB001124.
