I was one of the unfortunate collectors to receive a "tail sitter". Contacted Treefrog and they quickly replaced mine with one that's perfect at no charge.

As I said when I posted to voice my disappointed, it's a beautiful warbird, perhaps the best yet (certainly the biggest).

Not looking to re-open old wounds, just wanted to publicly thank TF for their excellent customer service. Not a surprise - one of the many instances they've gone out of their way to make sure I'm satisfied - but still very much appreciated.
 
Glad to hear you got such excellent service, the vast majority of folk just return them and most dealers are only too pleased to help their customers, straight forward good service, no drama needed:smile2:

I have to concur. The service from Treefrog is outstanding. Being on the other side of the ditch, Downunder, some 12,000 miles away from Eyota, MN sets sometimes get tossed about by the lovable USPS and Aussie Post. I have never had a problem with replacements. And in four and half years of collecting their great packing has produced minimal damage.
One of the highlights of my trip to Chicago last year was the pleasure of meeting Shannon, Pete and young Ben. A Treasured, excuse the pun, experience.
