If Tom has the intention to produce more planes ,I think this Me 262 with Bk5 auto-cannon would be a nice one and an interesting variant on the already existing versions.
I add a picture taken at the end of the war of an operational one and a drawing .

I have never seen this version but have seen at least a couple Me 262s - one in South Africa and one in Australia. I cannot remember if there is one at Hendon or Duxford - if there is, I wonder if that is a Treefrog record having seen at least two and maybe three or four. Anyone go one better?

Had a franklin mint 1/48 scale of that version but for me I would like to see a stand day fighter version or a night fighter

would hope for a night fighter first before these variants. enough interest in German jets to offer a release most know of than something like this. I would not by this variant if they made one. Not of interest for me

As unique as this version is, I would prefer almost anything else namely a night-fighter version.

Here are pics of the ME-262 in the Australian War Memorial in Canberra

Me 262 A-2a W.Nr.500200 Black X 9K+XK, 2 Staffel./KG 51

Built at Regensburg in March 1945, same batch from which the Deutsches Museum White 3 was built. Flown by Fahnenjunker Oberfeldwebel Fröhlich and surrendered at Fassberg.
She remains the only Me 262 left in existence wearing her original (albeit worn, as seen in the picture) colours.
Her markings show both the Unit signatures along with the Air Ministry colours applied at Farnborough, where she was allocated reference Air Min 81.
Restoration was completed in 1985 and aircraft was put up on display.

In the forground the propellor is from the Me 163B, Werknummer 191907

Hope you like the pics,

John

Another picture of the V083 plane belonging to the Versuchmuster and called Pulkzerstörer ( formation or pack destroyer) It was flown by Major Wilhelm ( Willi) Herget .On April 16th 1945 it was reported engaging a formation of B26 Marauders but the gun jammed ( no official record of this engagement found which is not exceptional because the plane belonged to a Sonderkommando and was top secret)It's sister plane was numbered V899
