Mate totally clueless on that, just universal model railway jobs @ $2.50 per, they are a bugger to get to stay put, need bluetac on the bases....:wink2:

Wayne, well they work well in the background there and with the long grass. Its a very nice set that wounded Tommy isn't it. Yeah, you got to love Bluetac!:wink2:

Thanks Rob, just got the set the other day and was waiting for the Austin ambo to arrive in the post before using it but had the pleasure of Jack and Tom's company this afternoon who visted and the chat got me motivated, Tom is down from Darwin for the dinner and will be wearing wooly socks while he's here, it's a tad nippy for him....:wink2:

Thanks Rob, just got the set the other day and was waiting for the Austin ambo to arrive in the post before using it but had the pleasure of Jack and Tom's company this afternoon who visted and the chat got me motivated, Tom is down from Darwin for the dinner and will be wearing wooly socks while he's here, it's a tad nippy for him....:wink2:

Nice one Wayne, keep up the good work, your enthusiasm for the hobby is admirable mate. Nice going on the ambulance, I've got the RAF and Desert versions but am still after the green one, need it for a dio I'm planning so now have to be nice to the wife and get her to lend me some dosh:wink2:^&grin

Hope you guys have an absolute blast at the dinner/ get together, the social side of this hobby is one of the best things about it, nothing like browsing for a few hours and then hitting the bar to meet the lads for a few VAT's.

You might know the answer to this, I have seen pics of the Austin in Mickey mouse camo but can find no reference to it anywhere is it a promo edition or such? no grog for me on the night just milk shakes mate got to drive home.....:rolleyes2:

I think it was indeed a promo edition Wayne, looked good didn't it.

Well enjoy the show anyway mate, at least you won't have a hangover the day after. (unless they are really strong Chocolate Milk shakes!:wink2:)
