no...I dont collect K&C....they are fine but too expensive for me....I prefer a flat mat paint...no shine.....Cartoon figures are fine ...bright and shinny...Napoleon figure with the bright colours are fine...color was the order of the day then...from ..say..WW1 onwards .....drab colours are more realistic...soldiers tend to get dirty in the field.....quick pic's of Polish Airbourne ,,,,,The poles appear to have worn two different badge's on their berets.?.....I think it would save a lot of misunderstanding if TS figures were issed with a little note stating their history...but I guess that would be too much trouble....Cheers TomB

Tom think your spot on about figures looking better dirty instead of-soldiers on parade and to be fair the new Mg look a lot better a lot darker

Btw, none of the K&C OMG Polish figures had Poland insignia on the shoulders. Is it taken off when they go into battle?

Chris... an article on Brit para badges...the why's and there fores....I nit picked your Polish para because he has an SAS Badge..Polish beret and blue and white...droopy wings.......I presumed he was Polish SAS and therefore would have the Sandy beret and the straight wings of the SAS......he seemed a bit of a bodgie setup.....maybe he just had a bad dress day.....anyway IMHO I had a slight excause to nit pick......the upside...I have learnt something about the Brit/Polish airbourne and later SAS ops beside's than in the desert.....sorry if I confused you...Tomb
