Miniature Stories has posted in the "Other Manufacturer" section of this Forum. Their Singapore modern soldiers look excellent. Is anyone in the USA planning to carry this line? How much is $59 SGD in USA dollars?

I really feel like the "modern" genre is not covered by the hobby enough.

Simon, let us know what you think of them when you receive the soldiers. Please post pics too. I really like them, but trying to resist as I feel I have too much stuff already. Lately, I've been buying plastic soldiers from my childhood.

I really feel like the "modern" genre is not covered by the hobby enough.

I'm with you on that one Jason. At least we're getting some post WW2 stuff now with IDF and Vietnam from K&C, but I'd very happily go some a bit closer to the current century.

I have heard rumors that a Battle of Mogadishu series might be done someday soon.

That would have me emptying the kids piggy banks. I mean, how much would half a dozen 1/30 scale Black Hawks, a handful of AH6, and a convoy of Humvees and M35 trucks realistically cost? Can't be more than a few hundred......{sm5}
Long wanted to do this as a dio but at present, the options are 'making do' with similar era figures and vehicles from a variety of manufacturers. Diodrama in the making ....
