Guys...

This is a story which has attracted some exposure over here and what a great tail it is. Molly a pedigree Shar Pei was born with a horrible condition called entropion which, meant the folds of her skin were almost glued to her eyes making her blind. Rather than have her put to sleep (the easy option for some) her owners cared for her and waited to find a vet capable and willing to do the plastic surgery required and allow her too see.

Aged 1 year she now can see and is apparently a bundle of mischief. I thought in all the rubbish stories and tales of misery that this was a nice story

It is a nice story Mitch. For a person like me who cares about animals and can't stand to see them abused any story showing the caring side of humans is refreshing.

I thought that also. Makes a great change especially in the UK to see someone doing something right rather than hearing about lots of abuse and our RSPCA having no bite to prosecute offenders. At least the US seems to have a better and stronger grasp on that type of stuff compared to us

Hopefully they have also taken the next stepand have her fixed as she shouldn't be used for breeding.

I hope they have as it did say it was caused bt the inbreeding. I think she looks a beut now with real character.
