Mongol Foes: China? (1 Viewer)

Not at all a promise to buy in these times but:
TM should make Chinese to fight the Mongols.
We have plenty of options for Mamelukes and maybe less Japanese and maybe even less Russians to oppose the relatively few Mongols on the market. I guess we could use more of all of them. But the Chinese adversaries are, in my opinion, most under-represented.
Just thinking how cool it would be, maybe TM is open to popular suggestions...
Just for fun, who do you think the miniature Mongols should fight? Should they have more infantry? Siege weapons? What would work from any manufacturer?
Just fun to think about.

Historically, the Chinese forces opposing the Mongols were mostly Sung Dynasty troops. Their armies were mostly infantry, and the conquest consisted primarily of sieges and river naval combat. Fairly limited opponents. Personally, I would rather see Ming Dynasty armies to oppose Japanese Samurai.

Yes, any invasion of Japan would be very cool.
Mongol/Chinese Yuan invasion? It's a chance to do some some more ancient Samurai...
