Apart from the german soldiers, i'd like to see some ethnic minority with the G.I. , for example the Nisei (i rememember always the tale of the amazement of my father to see japanese troops when he was a refugee in the Cassino area) or the more famous 92th Buffalo Division (but they fought later in Tuscany).They (the american) had really great patches (look at the 3rd inf.division or the Texas 34th )and could be beautiful in miniature!!!
