Hey guys, just would like to point out that more Americans on the beach with gas mask bags and wet trouser bottoms would be great!:D

Obviosly on the beaches the Americans had heavy casualties, so how about some more wounded americans, maybe one being pulled from the water by a comrade, or how about this nice vignette: A Navy Landing Craft crewman being pulled ashore to safety by an American Ranger?:D:cool:

Or how about an American Lieutenant who's radio man has been hit and is lying off to the side, and so he (the lieutenant) has taken his radio and is holding it in his left hand and screaming into the telephone in his right?:D

We need wounded and dead Aericans, maybe an American who has been wounded, and is missing his left sleave of his jacket, but his hand is there however it is bloody and he is holding it against his stomach, and with the other hand he is trying to pull his Captain who has been wounded?:D:cool:

A Really good suggestion

I hope Andy makes the 4th ("Ivy") And the 90th (Tough Ombres) Division from Utah Beach.

And the 29th (The blue and gray)

Dead and Wounded Figures yes!!!

And the Duplex Drive"Sherman with Rangers/29th take shelter behind the Tank.

Troops with bangalors would also do very nicely

I agree. We need some new "On the Beach" sets to go with the new landing craft and dead & wounded figures are a must.

I used to have DD061 "Beach Under Fire" which was one of my favorite sets but sold it because I couldn't find the original landing craft DD012 anywhere. Now we have a new landing craft and no good American beach sets to go with it. :(

I thought the four sets that came under the banner of 'on the beach' were some of the best sets and best poses of allied troops K&C has done. I know lots of people who are after them. Anymore to match would be greatly welcomed

Very much agree. They are superb sets and some of K&C's best. I would really like to see more of these with perhaps flame throwers, Bangalore torpedoes etc. American D Day figures were what got me into K&C in the first place and all the US releases in this range are spot on. If Andy does release anymore of these I will be straight out to get a couple of the Landing craft, I did a dio for the D Day Brits and would like to do an Omaha for the US figures. Also an updated version of the dead and wounded set would be a must have.

I remember I bought on the beach sret a and b, but they got totalled and so I sold them both about a month ago, then just the other week I bought set B again with the intention of getting on the beach set a, calling for reinforcements, and beach under fire:eek:

In for a hard search!:p

This seems to appear from time to time and has just come up with one collector selling the Patton set and wanting it back straight away. I would not sell a set from my collection unless I had two and then I would probably not as I would repaint it. I know everyone can do as they wish but, there seems to be many regrets and more outlay this way
