a few more pictures of the pak38 (winter) with add on crew which are not shown in the TG Gallery.All figurines, including the gun, have been 100% repainted.Trees are scratch built. Bridge is a transformed Verlinden product.Rocks are self made with bits and pieces of dried cement.
The scene:
In the little village of Petit-Spai, SS Obstuf Wägner puts near the bridge on the south bank of the Amblève river his company of heavy weapons.The pak 38 and 40 guns cover the rear of Kampgruppe Knittel against possible attacks comming from the direction of Trois Ponts; We are wednesday the 20th of dec 1944 late afternoon.They will open fire on the approaching enemy taskforce "Lovelady" and will destroy 4 Shermans.Note the 2 "kill" rings painted on the gun barrel.
