Lawrence that is one heck of a collection mate ,one can only dream of getting ^&cool^&cool
Best regards Scott

Scott,

Thanks for the kind words. I started collecting about eight years ago and through the help of many friends, (fellow collectors and dealers), I have been very, very fortunate to find these toys and enjoy "playing" with them. I hope this thread will encourage you and others to "play" with their collection and share with us by posting photos of them here. I always enjoy seeing other collector's collections and how they display them. I have learned so much from them and their sharing has made this hobby all the better. Have a great weekend and hope you get to play with the troops. :smile2: All the best, Lawrence

Intelligence reports indicate that the Evil Empire is attempting to acquire new strategic bombers to defeat the forces of good. Judgement Day is upon us. My fellow Treefroggers, I'm pleased to tell you today that I've signed legislation that will outlaw the Evil Empire forever - we begin bombing in five minutes.

Lawrence mate,
Now, now, now that is a must have. Beautiful aircraft.:smile2: I bid 20 cases of Tsingtao and a free Dinner at the best Chinese restaurant in New York.^&grin
Cheers Howard

Howard,

I think that is one of Louis'. He must have gotten his henchmen to sneak it out of the Badolato household while he was plying Louis with Tsingtao and Peking Duck during the last Symposium {eek3}

Brad mate,
Many thanks cobber. I see the espionage has begun.^&grin It must be the Tsingtao beer. He tried to get me drunk on it at the 2010 Sympsoium. Devious type that young Lawrence.:smile2::smile2:
Cheers Howard

Lawrence, from now on this thread should be ME-110ville! What a beauty! This is the first time I saw a picture of K&C`s 110... I`ve seen all the others, have a few myself, but you can`t imagine what I just felt now when I saw this plane. Congratulations! Thank you for sharing it with us!:)

Hi Lawrence,

This has been a very enjoyable and fun thread to follow over the past few weeks. I stand in awe at your fantastic warbird collection. It has been great reading the friendly banter between Louis et al and yourself.

Best Wishes, Raymond.:)

Glad you enjoyed the 110. It was one of K&C's first of the newer line of wood Warbirds. Sadly, I can't get them all :( , but enjoy seeing them in fellow collector's collections. Any in yours? If so, please post photos of them. All the best, Lawrence

Howard,

Did not have to try too hard ^&grin I believe it was self-inflicted {eek3}^&grin

For the record, it was Scotch & Peking Duck :smile2:

Lawrence mate,
Are you shouting Scotch and Peking Duck.^&grin^&grin I will be on the next plane to the Big Apple. Forget the Tsingtao if there is Scotch on the table and knowing Louis it will be a very nice smooth one.
Cheers Howard:smile2:

Just caught up with this thread.

Well done on some great pics and the banter. Good to see some fun.

Somewhere I have an old K&C T Shirt which has the quote "the difference between men and boys is the price of their toys". How true for Louis and Lawrence.

That Howard mercenary fellow sure is easy to bribe {sm4}

News flash : Qld just scored in 5th minute.

Regards
Brett

Ron mate,
Never let it be said that an Aussie was outbid. So, I'll have to up that with a bid of six Kangaroos and ten wild Camels. Now I know those New York boys are into the Camel (Trophy) Scene.^&grin Come Lawrence, you have to accept that bid.
Cheers Howard:smile2:

PS And I will throw in a K&C TS Book Vol. Three authographed by Andy, Louis and your good self. On second thoughts I'd have to die before I parted with that.:smile2:

Brett,

Thanks for the kind words. We have been having fun, though much of it is at Louis' expense, but no need to pity him - he is a lawyer afterall ^&grin As for Howard, can't say enough nice things about him - straightforward and direct - that is before he starts drinking ^&grin As for the bribing part - any libation will ease the process :smile2: Guess you know him well. ^&grin

Look forward to you joining in the fun.

All the best, Lawrence

Howard,
Camels? You have me confused with someone else. I believe there was a conversation you had at a bar with Hans & Clive where someone mentioned humps..... Do I hear a bid of 10 Koala Bears? ^&grin
